Welcoming for the first time to The Honey Bee Blues Club and The Dorothy Pax all the way from the Netherlands Ron Van Ettan. Coming from (symphonic) pop, he gradually played more and more blues.
Solo -and with his band Claptones- he regularly pays a tribute to Eric Clapton and the blues. He tours in Cyprus since 2029  and last year did his first tour in England.
At Dorothy Pax he will play blues and nothing but the blues. Originals from his (8) solo albums, some Clapton (of course) and more, varied other blues songs.
His guitar playing: tasteful, exciting and both soft and powerful.
His vocals throughout the show : simply spot on!
